Frozen Watermelon Cuties

  1. Slice watermelon and cut off the rind.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to make your favorite shapes.
  3. Place your cool cut-outs in a single layer in a sealable plastic bag and put in the freezer. Freeze for at least a few hours.
  4. Eat straight from the freezer without thawing.

Sour Patch Grapes

  1. Empty a small carton of lime Jello into a sealable plastic bag.
  2. Wash a bunch of green grapes in tap water and don't worry about too much drying, because the dampness is needed for the recipe to work!
  3. Put the grapes into the sealable plastic bag with the lime Jello. Seal the bag and gently toss, so the grapes get covered with the lime Jello.
  4. Put the plastic bag with the grapes into the freezer. Freeze for at least a few hours.
  5. Sour patch grapes should be eaten straight from the freezer without thawing. Empty the grapes from the plastic bag onto a plate; accept those yummy kudus with grace.

Frozen Bananas

  1. Peel and cut a banana in half.
  2. Insert a skewer or popsicle stick in, so the banana is steady when you hold it by the stick handle.
  3. Squirt sugar-free chocolate sauce onto a plate and roll the bananas on a stick through the chocolate to coat the banana.
  4. Optional. Put sprinkles and/or chopped nuts onto additional plates. Roll the chocolate-covered bananas through the treats you've selected.
  5. Put the bananas onto a cookie sheet that is lined with aluminum foil. Carefully place the cookie sheet into the freezer. Freeze for at least a few hours.
  6. Frozen Bananas should be eaten straight from the freezer without thawing.

Grilled Pineapple

  1. The next time you're grilling, slice up some pineapple to toss on the grill rack for a few minutes (until you get some char-those grill lines). Turn once during cooking.
  2. Cool the pineapple slices after grilling.
  3. Put the pineapple slices into a sealable plastic bag to refrigerate or freeze. Snack away when you crave a smoky, sweet treat.

  1. 1. Wash fresh blueberries (or use store-bought frozen).
  2. 2. Wrap the blueberries, if using fresh, in a clean kitchen towel and place in the freezer. Freeze for at least a few hours.
  3. 3. Add the frozen berries to plain yogurt-gently stir all together.

Cucumber Water

Drink

  1. Wash a cucumber and cut thin slices.
  2. Add ice and a few cucumber slices to a pitcher or glass of water.
  3. Gently stir.
  4. Lay in the hammock for a spell.
